| THE BULLETIN is a publication of the North Carolina Sociological Association. The NCSA is open to any person engaged in teaching or research in sociology, or in a field of applied sociology, as well as to any student whose major interest is sociology. Members receive THE BULLETIN and are invited to attend the annual meeting of the association in late winter or early spring. Dues for one calendar year are $15 (professional) and $5 (student). Articles are indexed in Sociological Abstracts and online at the Directory of Open Access Journals, www.doaj.org. SOCIATION TODAY is peer-reviewed. Open access means we do not charge to read it, nor do authors pay any fees to have their work reviewed. Please consider assigning articles from SOCIATION TODAY to your classes. Students can read the journal off-campus and at home, unlike traditional journals which require memberships and/or subscriptions. |
