Where can I access NetStorage? You can access NetStorage by going to https://cgrocadv1.rockinghamcc.edu/NetStorage/ or http://www.rockinghamcc.edu/techsupport/soar.php and clicking on the NetStorage icon. Will other people be able to gain access to my files? NetStorage uses SSL security to encrypt all traffic between your machine and RCC. What Internet Browsers does NetStorage support? NetStorage has been tested on Internet Explorer 5.5, 6.0 on Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP; Netscape Navigator 7.02 and Java Version should be 1.4. What is a "NetStorage" account? Your own "chunk" of disk space that is accessible from RCC network-connected computers and via the Internet. The NetStorage service provides each RCC Student with 300 megabyte (MB) of disk space for storage of electronic files (documents, worksheets, MP3s, video, etc.). Individual NetStorage accounts are secured -- access is via a unique (assigned) username and password. This FAQ does not answer my question, how can I get more help?
