As part of the Basic Skills Program, RCC offers English As A Second Language (ESL) classes
for students foreign to the English language. Classes are designed to help students
improve their communication skills in English, especially the spoken language. ESL
classes are offered at any time during the year whenever there are 12 or more students
interested. Classes are held in various communities throughout Rockingham
