        American Management Association Certification Programs
The American Management Association (AMA) Certification Program in Management helps prepare existing leaders and emerging leaders for their roles and responsibilities. In the Customer Service Certificate Program students learn how to be proficient in the customer service they offer internal and external customers.

Certificate in Management
To complete the certificate, students take 6 courses 15 hours each in length. Classes are offered day and evening.

Advanced Certificate in Management
To complete the certificate, students take an additional 4 courses after completing the Certificate in Management.

Certificate in Customer Service
To complete the certificate, students take 5 courses of 15 hours each.
