| Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) | |

For those individuals who wish to become
certified Law Enforcement Officers in the State of North Carolina, the Basic Law
Enforcement Training (BLET) course is offered. This 602 hour course trains rookie officers
in all facets of Law Enforcement from Constitutional Law to Firearms. |
| Detention Officer Certification Training | |
| Detention Officer Certification Training is provided for
those individuals who wish to become jailers. This 146 hour program certifies you to work
in the Sheriff Department Jails in North Carolina. You learn topics from unarmed
self-defense to first aid to cell searches. |

| In-Service Training | |
| Law Enforcement In-Service Training in both mandated and optional subjects are offered to certified officers at no cost. RCC trains local, national and international students in a wide variety of subjects such as firearms, driving, criminal law, Spanish for law enforcement officers and many other topics. | |
