        Community Service
The Community Service Program contributes to the community’s overall cultural, civic, and intellectual growth by providing and sponsoring courses, seminars, activities, teleconferences, and cultural events. This program is committed to assisting citizens in the development of new skills or upgrading existing skills in order to improve the quality of life in full accordance with the RCC mission and purpose. Contributions to cultural and social development are provided by offering opportunities for continuing personal growth and cultural and academic enrichment of students and the community. Special programs serve the needs of senior citizens throughout the county as well as on campus. Summer enrichment for children has evolved into a 6-week program called Kollege for Kids.

Numerous cultural events and activities pepper the yearly calendar that appeal to a variety of interests which offer an entertainment and academic focus.
