You must be a currently enrolled RCC curriculum student or currently employed RCC faculty or staff member to access databases from off campus. Passwords are sent by college email every semester.  Passwords may also be obtained in person in the James Library with a current college ID, or by emailing us from your college email account.

Having problems logging in?

Database Login and Cookies
If you can't log in, make sure your browser is enabled to accept cookies.  EZProxy uses cookies to keep track of your session, so that you don't have to log in again to access new resources. EZProxy will not work if your browser does not accept cookies. These cookies contain only your session key and expire when you close your browser. No personal information is stored by EZProxy. 

Instructions for AOL, MSN or NetZero Users
If you are using the AOL, MSN or NetZero web browser, you will NOT be able to access databases from off campus.  After logging in to your AOL, MSN or NetZero browser you must minimize it and open Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. 

Logging in from a Computer Located Behind a Firewall
You may encounter problems logging in from a computer which is protected by a firewall.  Frequently this occurs when trying to log in from a computer located in a workplace.  Try logging in from your home computer instead.
