Respiratory Therapy Students Receive Pins During Ceremony
On April 24, graduating respiratory therapy at Rockingham Community College were honored with a pinning ceremony attended by their friends and family, along with employees and trustees of the college.
During the ceremony, guest speaker, Tory Shepherd, director of cardiopulmonary neurophysiology at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County, Va., told the graduating class, “Lean on the foundation you received at RCC, stay active in your career, and always remember the passion that led you into the health care field. Welcome,” she said, “to the respiratory therapy family.”
Health Sciences Dean, Tiffany Morris, echoed those sentiments, adding, “Congratulations on a job well done.”
