The U. S. Department of Education TRiO Program has approved the fiscal year 2015 Student Support Services (SSS) Program grant application from Rockingham Community College. RCC will receive 1.1 million dollars for a five-year grant cycle which concludes 2020

Dr. Mark O. Kinlaw, president of Rockingham Community College, conferred degrees, diplomas and certificates during the May 15 graduation exercises held at 10 a.m. in the Robert C. Keys gymnasium.
The 10 graduating associate degree nursing students at Rockingham Community College held their capping and pinning ceremony May 8 at 6 p.m. in the RCC auditorium. It is a special ceremony for those entering the nursing field.
