The Veterans Affairs Office at Rockingham Community College provides procedural advisement to military veterans, reservists, and dependents of veterans seeking to obtain educational assistance. The VA Certifying Official serves as liaison between the veteran student and the U. S. Department of Veteran Affairs. The VA office at Rockingham Community College serves as an information center where you will find answers to questions regarding your veterans educational benefits. Individual counseling is provided to ensure compliance with Federal DVA regulations as outlined in the RCC college catalog. Veteran student support services also include providing and processing appropriate VA forms and certification of enrollment to establish benefit eligibility. Appropriate forms necessary to process your claim for VA benefits are available in the VA office or you may download Federal VA forms at web site http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/educationforms.htm.
