Since 1970 the Rockingham Community College Foundation has been helping Rockingham Community College train and educate the citizens of Rockingham County and beyond. Through generous contributions from individuals and corporations, we are able to provide scholarships for our students, professional development opportunities for our faculty and staff and improvements to our equipment and facilities.
Donations to the RCC Foundation are tax-deductible, and you may give in a variety of ways, including online donations. You may also designate how the funds are to be used or give an unrestricted gift.
You can also help the RCC Foundation by participating in one of our annual events:

An evening of recognition was held on October 2, 2014 at the Pennrose Park Country Club in Reidsville, North Carolina. This year the Foundation honored Mrs. Sunshine Bishopric with the "Friend of RCC" award. Also, the Foundation recognized the Eden, Reidsville, and Western Rockingham Chambers of Commerce as "Friends of RCC." Gildan was recognized with the Corporate Benefactor Award. Each fall the Foundation recognizes and honors those who have gone above and beyond to serve the college. The theme for this year's gala was "Polynesian Paradise!" The evening began with a social hour at 6:00 p.m., dinner at 7:00 p.m., followed by the presentation of awards.
Since 1989 the RCC Foundation has held a benefit golf tournament to fund scholarships, work-study jobs, student aid grants and a host of other projects and programs that tuition and tax dollars do not cover.
The 27th Annual Tournament will be held May 19th at Oak Hills Golf Course in Eden, NC. If you need additional information on sponsorships or you'd like to play in the tournament, please contact RCC's Development Office at 342-4261, ext. 2201.
