7 graduate from BLET
Jun 23, 2022Rockingham Community College’s 58th Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) Class graduated on June 20, 2022.
The 7 graduates are Jamie Brooks Boles, Dominic David Hamlett, James Craton Herring Jr., Eric Scott Hicks, Charles Rhett martin, Tyler Jay Norman, and Winnie Ortega.
This session of BLET was sponsored by the Caswell and Rockingham County sheriff’s offices, Piedmont Triad International Airport Police, and the Reidsville, and Stoneville police departments.
Students, who must be sponsored by a law enforcement agency, complete 20 credits during one semester. General subjects include criminal, juvenile, civil, traffic, and alcohol beverage laws; investigative, patrol, custody, and court procedures; emergency responses; and ethics and community relations.
