Is the college open?

Yes! The college is open for normal operating hours. TSS will be available in the Administration Building, dates and hours are listed below:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8am – 4pm
  • Friday: 8am – 12pm

Weekend support will be offered on May 14th

Is my device safe to use on campus?

Yes! You can use your personal device (laptop, cell phone) on campus.

Can I access Moodle?

Yes! You can access Moodle. For help with a password reset contact the help desk at rcc2helpdesk@gmail.com.

Can I access my RCC Email?

Yes. RCC email and other resources can be accessed through Moodle.

I have my RCC Email on my phone and it’s still working. Is it safe to use?

Yes! If you have your email on your phone it is safe to use.

Can I access my files in OneDrive?


Can I register for classes or otherwise access Self-Service?

Yes, registration through Self-service is currently available. Please contact Student Services in the Whitcomb Student Center. (336)-342-4261 ext. 2333 for more information.

What about my assignments that are due?

Contact your instructor.

How should I communicate with my instructor?

You can call your instructor in their office. You can find their number/extension on your course syllabus. If they don’t answer, please leave them a message with your name, section, and call back number.

You can also communicate with your instructor through Moodle or email.

Can I access library resources?

Library Resources are available for those using their own devices on WiFi.

Contact library staff by phone (336-342-4261 ext. 2247) or via chat on the library web page for assistance.

Will there be a Spring graduation?


How/When will I know my final grade?
