2005 21-28 Scott Cates Scott Cates named Head Coach. Kyle Warren (LHP) Drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 45th Round of the 2004 MLB Draft commits to play at RCC.

2008 5-9 Sam Jones Sam Jones took over as the Interim Head Coach replacing Scott Cates. Sam Jones is the former Head Baseball Coach at Rockingham County High School where he won the 1996 3A State Championship.
2009 19-20 RJ Marks RJ Marks a former NE Guilford, RCC, and Guilford College baseball player named Head Coach at RCC. Program moves into NJCAA Region 10 Division II.

2011 15-27 Chris Johnson Chris Johnson was named Head Coach at RCC August 9, 2010. Johnson became the fifth Head Coach in the programs history.

2011 – 2012 Overall 39-51 Winning Pct .433 2 seasons Chris Johnson Chris Johnson led the baseball program to its first 20 win season since 2005 and only the second non losing season in school history with 24 wins in 2012. Chris Johnson was named Interim Athletic Director September 4, 2012. Named Athletic Director August 22, 2013.
2013 26-24 Chris Loye Chris Loye was named Head Baseball Coach at RCC on July 1, 2012. Loye became the sixth Head Coach in the programs history. Loye is the former Head Baseball Coach at Rockingham County High School and spent last season as the Assistant Coach at RCC. Tied with Head Coach John Barrow (2004) the most single season wins (26) in school history
2014 20-21 Jake Loye Jake Loye was named Head Baseball Coach at RCC replacing Chris Loye before the beginning of 2014. Loye became the seventh Head Baseball Coach in program history.
2014-2015Overall 42-46Winning Pct .477 2 Seasons Jake Loye Jake Loye lead the team into its first year in NJCAA Region 10 Divison III. Loye was the first coach to be named Coach of Year as well as leading the team to its first Region 10 Divison III Championship.  
2016 20-28 Reece Honeycutt Reece Honeycutt named Head Baseball Coach at RCC on August 1st 2015. Honeycutt became the eighth Head Baseball Coach in Program History.

2018 25-21-1 Reece Honeycutt Coach Honeycutt received the Region X Coach of the Year, District D Coach of the Year, ABCA Division III Coach of the Year. Coach of the first All-American Player and Golden Glove Award Winner. Region X Champion District D Champion NJCAA DIII World Series Apperance – finishing 4th in the Nation
2019 33-12 Reece Honeycutt  Region X Champion, District D Champion, NJCAA DIII World Series Appearance – Finishing 8th in the Nation. Coach Honeycutt Received the Region X Coach of the Year, District D Coach of the Year, ABCA Division III Coach of the Year. Coach Honeycutt passed Coach Barrows with the most wins in school history (95) Also the team had the most wins in a season with (33)
2020 14-5 Reece Honeycutt  COVID Season – Canceled
2021 27-16 Reece Honeycutt  Region 10 Champion, Mid-Atlantic District Champion, NJCAA DIII World Series Appearance – Finishing 8th in the Nation. Coach Honeycutt Received the Region 10 Coach of the Year, Mid-Atlantic District Coach of the Year.
