Location and Services
The ARC (Face-to-Face Tutoring)
Professional and peer tutors are available to help students learn concepts in math, reading, English, Spanish, biology, chemistry, physics, communication and computer courses. Tutoring is a FREE service provided to all RCC students. Drop-ins are welcome, so come to the ARC today and let us help you become a responsible learner by helping you stay on track with your coursework, understand your assignments, and improve your study skills.
The ARC is located in the Science building (SCI 113-B). Services provided in the ARC include:
- Free tutoring in a wide range of subject areas
- Student computer lab with access to computers, printers, and headsets
- Study areas for groups or individuals
- Assistance with study skills and learning styles

ThinkingStorm (Online Tutoring)
RCC will be offering virtual tutoring hours with our very own peer and instructor tutors through a platform called ThinkingStorm! This means that you will be able to receive tutoring services online at your home with an actual tutor from RCC. Tutoring hours and subjects are listed below. To access tutoring, select the ThinkingStorm link in your Moodle course, or through the ThinkingStorm Login page.
ThinkingStorm tutors are also available for free to students in a variety of subjects outside of these hours listed below. Login into ThinkingStorm through your Moodle course to see the current schedule.
