What is Technology Support Services?

The Technology Support Services (TSS) office provides technology coordination and support for all faculty, staff, and students by telephone, email, remote sessions, and in person.

TSS provides computer, network (wired and wireless), software, printers, administrative systems, labs, and telephone support for the campus.

tsshelpdesk@rockinghamcc.edu is monitored from 8 am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 8am to 3pm Friday, and 10am to 10pm on weekends.
