RCC’s Practical Nursing program graduated 20 students in the Class of 2021.Four finish paramedic program
Jul 17, 2019Rockingham Community College held a pinning ceremony on June 27 for four students who finished the paramedic program. The students are, from left, Amber Franklin, Madison Southard, Preston Walker, and Michael “Kirk” Branch. During the paramedic program, the foursome learned to assess the urgent needs of patients and stabilize their condition until they could receive definitive care. Treatments included advanced life support, advanced patient assessment, airway management, pharmacological interventions, and critical decision making.
