Cresenzos create Jennifer Tulloch memorial scholarship

A scholarship has been established with the RCC Foundation in memory of a former Rockingham Community College employee. Jennifer Tulloch joined the College in 2006, serving as Director of Phlebotomy and Surgical Technology.
