RCC announces 101 Spring graduates
Jul 27, 2020Rockingham Community College reorganized its commencement exercises with health and safety in mind, splitting the ceremony across two days as RCC President Dr. Mark Kinlaw presented certificates, diplomas and degrees to the College’s December, May, and July graduates.
The graduation ceremony was held on Thursday and Friday, July 23-24.
To practice social distancing, groups of graduates arrived in their separate vehicles, and were called into the gym one family at a time. Each family was ushered to an area to watch their loved one receive their credentials, then they exited through another door as the next graduate entered. Everyone indoors wore face masks to limit the spread of coronavirus.
The 101 July graduates, who collectively obtained 124 credentials, are:
