Renowned Woodturner James Duxbury to Conduct Workshop Feb. 3

The Center for Creative Woodworking of Rockingham Community College is pleased to announce a one-day workshop event with James Duxbury.

James is a woodturner and inventor whose kaleidoscopes are a signature item. He carefully handcrafts kaleidoscopes from carefully selected wood with custom object boxes, making the instrument a fascination and one-of-a-kind experience both inside and out. His designs are unique and plans for the designs are highly sought after by woodturners, as well as, kaleidoscope collectors.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, February 3, 9 am-4 pm and will be held at the Center for Creative Woodworking located in Reidsville. For more information call 336-342-4261.
